Accessible to everyone

Effective July 5, 2026
Our commitment
We are committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time task.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We assess conformance through a combination of automated testing (axe and Lighthouse), manual keyboard testing, and screen-reader spot-checks.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) on every page.
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms with associated labels and a live error message when a submission fails.
- Cookie, chat, voice, and image dialogs that are keyboard operable and dismissible with the Escape key.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
- Color contrast checked against the WCAG AA 4.5:1 ratio for body text.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- The interactive 3D Room Builder is a visual, mouse- and touch-driven tool. Equivalent information about our products and approach is available in plain text on the Services and Products pages, and you can always request an estimate through the form.
- The AI chat and voice assistants rely on outside vendors and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Equivalent information and a way to reach a person are always available through the estimate form.
