Terms of Service
AZ Acoustics is a brand of Business Logistics, LLC (Arizona ROC #357155). These terms govern your use of this website and our chat and voice assistants. By using the site or these tools, you agree to them.

Who we are
This site is operated by Business Logistics, LLC, doing business as AZ Acoustics (ROC #357155), serving the Phoenix metro — Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and surrounding. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Business Logistics, LLC.
Estimates are not binding
Any price, price range, tier pricing, panel count, or acoustic figure (such as an RT60 reverberation estimate) shown on this website or produced by our chat or voice assistant, the Room Builder, or an emailed summary is a preliminary, non-binding estimate for information only. It is based on the details available at the time and on modeled assumptions, not on a site measurement. No binding quote, price, or contract exists until a written agreement is signed by both you and us. We may revise any estimate after we measure the actual space.
Chat and voice assistant
Our chat and voice assistants are automated and powered by AI. They are provided to help you scope a project and request an estimate; their responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional acoustic-engineering, legal, or financial advice. Conversations are recorded and stored, and transcripts may be processed by AI — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial-account or government-ID numbers) with the assistants.
Electronic communications & e-signature
By contacting us or requesting an estimate, you consent to transact with us electronically and to receive communications, notices, agreements, and records from us in electronic form, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act and the Arizona Electronic Transactions Act (A.R.S. § 44-7001 et seq.). If we send a proposal or agreement for electronic signature, your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. You may request a paper copy or withdraw this consent for future documents by contacting us; withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of records already provided electronically.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or our intake tools — including no scraping or automated data collection, no attempts to overload, probe, or interfere with our forms, chat, voice, or servers, no submitting false or another person's information, and no unlawful use. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access to protect the service.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and the output of our estimating and Room Builder tools are owned by Business Logistics, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. When we deliver a written proposal to you, you receive a limited license to use that proposal to evaluate and carry out your own project. Product names and marks (such as Snowsound and Soelberg) belong to their respective owners.
Website provided "as is"
The website and the AI assistants are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site or the assistants will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or figure they produce is accurate. This does not limit the workmanship warranty in a signed service agreement, which governs the work we actually perform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Logistics, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the AI assistants, and our total liability relating to the website or assistants is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (A.R.S. § 44-1521 et seq.) or other rights that cannot be waived by law, or your right to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally and, if that fails, through good-faith mediation before pursuing any court action. Any court action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. This section does not limit your right to a remedy through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
