Privacy Policy
AZ Acoustics is a brand of Business Logistics, LLC (Arizona ROC #357155). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. See also our Terms of Service.

What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, company, service interest, site address, and your message. If you use our chat or voice assistant, we also collect and store the conversation transcript, a summary, and (for calls) your phone number. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates and proposals, schedule and perform work, and keep records of our communications. With your consent, we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Recording & AI
Our chat and voice assistant conversations are recorded and stored, and transcripts may be processed by AI to assist with estimates and support. Arizona is a one-party consent state and we are a party to these communications; by continuing a conversation you consent to its recording and storage.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business, who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Hetzner — cloud server hosting; our systems and database run on our own managed servers.
- Anthropic — the AI that assists with estimates and support. We send it conversation content under a zero-data-retention agreement, so it does not retain that content or use it to train models.
- Vapi — our voice-call assistant.
- Resend — email delivery.
- Dropbox Sign — electronic signature of proposals and agreements.
- Google Analytics — aggregate, privacy-preserving usage measurement, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies; IP addresses are anonymized and the data is not used for advertising.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Sensitive information
Some details we collect — such as your site address or the contents of a recorded call — may be considered sensitive. We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes described in this policy (responding to you, preparing estimates, performing and recording work) and not for any other purpose.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set analytics cookies until you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure aggregate usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device); IP addresses are anonymized and the data is not used for advertising. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or by clearing cookies in your browser. Essential features (forms, chat, booking) work regardless of your choice.
Retention
We keep lead and conversation records for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active project, contract, or legal obligation, after which we delete or anonymize them.
Separately, Google Analytics retains the pseudonymous usage data it collects for the retention window set on our analytics property — a maximum of 14 months — after which Google automatically deletes the user- and event-level data. Aggregated, non-identifying reporting may persist longer on Google’s systems.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you have the right to request that we:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- Delete your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Limit our use of your sensitive personal information; and
- Opt out of being contacted at any time.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a privacy or data-rights request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 45 days (or within one month for requests from the EEA or UK, as the GDPR requires) and will tell you if we need more time. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us again, and we will re-review it. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
Visitors in the EEA / UK
AZ Acoustics is a United States business serving the Phoenix, Arizona metro, and we do not target or market to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you nonetheless contact us from the EEA or UK, we process your data on these lawful bases: your consent (analytics cookies and any marketing contact), the performance of steps taken at your request (responding to your inquiry and preparing an estimate), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business. Your information is processed and stored in the United States by the providers listed above. You may exercise the GDPR / UK GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, using the contact details below; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
